Waveriders come without outboards so that you can choose the make and model you want and can buy locally to your area. It makes things that much easier when your engine's servicing is a short drive from home. We are not affiliated with an outboard brand, to give your freedom of choice.

PHASE 1 - BARE HULL

  • 4mm plate bottom & sides, 5083 marine grade.
  • Welded with 3-phase, double-pulse mig welder.
  • Certified Level Flotation.
  • Rear corner boxes full of foam.
  • Outboard splash-well.
  • Smooth alloy deck.
  • Alloy raised casting deck with alloy floor hatch.
  • Electric motor mount bracket at bow.
  • Alloy pipe side-rear grab rails.
  • 8 plastic rod holders in gunwale.
  • 3 bollards or cleats.
  • Exterior with large WAVERIDER logo sticker.

PHASE 2 - BASIC BUILD

450 - SOME FEATURES & OPTIONS EXPLAINED

Easy drive-on off trailer makes your day start & end effortlessly.
Example of the grippy U-Deck foam flooring available.
The 450: the rear, carpeted part of the box seats are full of foam to ensure the boat passes Level Flotation.
The cushioned box seats are very comfortable and being able to sit slightly sideways makes it easier to reach the tiller.
Chequer plate floor option. Also showing custom back-rests.
Pat's custom designed fold-away backrests, still allow access to the seats storage underneath.
Backrests give much needed support.
Plenty of room for feet to go under the foam-filled side decks.
Fully carpeted inside, with side storage glove box. Note the switch panel on the side of the helm seat - for easy access.
Anchor well, bollard & more rod holders (optional).
Luxe Deck style - but shows an extended main deck with front steps instead of casting deck.
